Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of purchasing/procurement experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing activities including sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery monitoring.
• Search for and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, lead time, and reliability.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
