Job Purpose

This role involves supporting Indonesia's procurement operations to ensure a smooth supply of raw materials, crucial for uninterrupted production. The team plays a vital role in managing supply chain resilience and addressing supply issues proactively.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive raw material supply service, mitigate risks through innovative solutions, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Quickly acquire knowledge of various buying portfolios to make effective decisions and safeguard production.
• Build and maintain a strong network within the company and with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier capacity and capabilities to ensure supply continuity and liaise on contract coverage.
• Assist in troubleshooting supply and material issues, collaborating across teams.
• Participate in projects to enhance service, quality, and supply chain resilience.
• Manage quality claims related to material non-compliance.
• Ensure internal customer satisfaction with procurement services.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

• 3-5 years in FMCG Supply Chain or Procurement roles.
• Proficiency in English and stakeholder management.
• Effective troubleshooting skills and a proactive, responsible attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
