Join Ecolab’s Supply Chain - Procurement team in Jakarta area and help us make the world cleaner, safer and healthier. We’re looking for a talented Procurement Officer with professional experience in procurement for Directs/Indirect.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to take on some of the world’s most meaningful challenges, helping customers achieve clean water, safe food, abundant energy, and healthy environments.

Responsibility:

Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry, saving reports, and supplier contract/agreement

Support procurement operations by coordinating with planners and suppliers

Maintain and update procurement databases and systems to ensure accurate and timely information.

Assist in achieving and tracking procurement KPIs

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement workflows and timely resolution of issues.

Support vendor registration and maintain supplier contact information and documentation.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Prior experience minimum 2 years in procurement or administrative support is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP system is a plus.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good English language skills both oral and written is a must.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain operations is an advantage.

Willingness to learn and take on both administrative and operational responsibilities
