Qualifications

• Hold at least bachelor’s degree (S1) in any related field
• Fresh graduate from Aeronautical Engineering or Engineering from a reputable university are welcome to apply
• Has experience maximum 1-2 years in relevant industries, much preferable
• Communicative in English, both oral and written
• Proactive and driven to learn a person
• Willing to work in Pondok Cabe Airport, South Tangerang and Wahid Hasyim, Central Jakarta (if needed)

Responsibilities

• Handle price quotations, launch and execute tenders for materials and services procurement with an approved supplier list
• Monitor and communicate delivery/purchase order status
• Liaise with vendors on shipment and invoice discrepancies
• Comply with procurement policies and procedures
• Responsible for warranty and claims process
• Other duties as directed
