Job summary

Sinarmas World Academy is seeking a dedicated Purchasing/Procurement professional to handle end-to-end purchasing activities in a fast-paced project environment. You will manage PR/RFQ, quotes, PO issuance, and delivery follow-up while coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience or internship exposure, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement preferred; fresh graduates with internship welcome.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English and Mandarin is a plus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced project environment.
