Job Title: Purchasing Staff / Buyer

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be in charge of sourcing and purchasing materials needed for our production processes.

Responsibilities:
• Research and compare prices from various suppliers
• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive prices and favorable terms
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials
• Monitor market trends and material availability

Requirements:
• Previous experience in purchasing or a similar role (preferable)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic ERP systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
