Job description

Receiving and processing requests for equipment, parts, and services related to MRO, primarily for the DOWNSTREAM Plant.

Understanding business requirements and demand patterns, and aligning procurement strategies to achieve cost savings, including conducting cost analysis.

Identifying and developing improved procurement methodologies, processes, policies, and procedures.

Negotiating and managing contracts and NDAs, including developing and implementing KPIs that deliver value and promote continuous improvement.

Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, engaging plant stakeholders and suppliers to monitor and resolve issues at the plant level.

Conducting supplier evaluations and maintaining evaluation data.

Ensuring legal compliance.

Maintaining data related to project progress and cost savings achievements.

Qualifications:

• Willing to be placed in the Special Economic Zone, Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, North Sumatra.
• Bachelor's degree with proficiency in English.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in procurement.
• Hands-on experience in Vendor/Supplier Relationship Management.
• Understanding of negotiation skills, contract management, tax regulations, and legal compliance.
• Experience with SAP / NPI Arriba.
