Job Description
  • Lead and develop the Purchasing team, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with overall plant and corporate sourcing objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end sourcing processes including tenders, quotation, and analysis to ensure competitive and value-driven procurement decisions.
  • Drive strategic negotiations with suppliers to optimize pricing, contract & commercial terms, and service levels across critical materials and operational services.
  • Identify and onboard new suppliers, collaborating with operations to evaluate, trial, and implement alternative sources that support innovation and supply resilience.
  • Strengthen supplier performance and risk management through structured evaluation, continuous engagement, and long-term relationship building.
  • Champion continuous improvement and cost optimization, leading cross-functional initiatives, mentoring team members, and embedding best practices across sourcing activities.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business
  • 6+ years in procurement division, preferable manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, industrial best practices, and experience with local and multinational suppliers; packaging material experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized, analytical, proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP for efficient procurement operations.
