Job description

Operational Excellence

Establish and streamline procurement processes, policies, and procedures.

Ensure timely availability of raw materials to support uninterrupted production.

Collaborate with Production, R&D, and Quality Assurance teams to meet technical and quality requirements.

Leadership & Reporting

Lead, mentor, and develop a procurement team to achieve departmental goals.

Provide regular procurement reports, market analysis, and forecasts to senior management.

Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and sustainability standards in all procurement activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.

Minimum 7–10 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in aqua feed, animal feed, or food manufacturing industry.

Proven track record in sourcing and purchasing key raw materials such as soybean meal, fish meal, and other feed ingredients.

Strong knowledge of local and global raw material markets, import/export regulations, and supply chain practices.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to set up and manage strategic sourcing processes and procurement systems.

Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite.

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.

Fluent in English is a must.
