About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team at PT. Hertz Flavors Makmur Indonesia. As a Procurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's purchasing and inventory operations, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of materials and services to support our manufacturing and logistics activities. This is a full-time position based in Mojokerto Regency, East Java.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement governance policies for goods and services procurement processes.

Conducting periodic evaluations of the procurement process of goods and services

Maintain good relations with existing vendors

Manage cooperation contracts between companies and vendors

Conducting cost efficiency in the procurement of goods and services

Lead and manage the Purchasing Department

Cooperate and maintain good relations with all departments.

Communicating policies related to the procurement of goods and services to all departments.

Ensure that all activities of the Purchasing Department run in accordance with Company Regulations and do not violate the law.

Qualifications:

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.

Have good proficiency in English (Business English)

Has an extensive vendor network.

Good negotiation, analysis and problem solving skills.

Have good skills in using Microsoft Excel.

Have experience in accordance with the job description of at least 5 years

Willing to work in Mojokerto Regency, East Java.
