A leading recruitment firm in Jakarta Selatan is seeking an experienced procurement specialist to manage strategic sourcing and procurement operations. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management with at least 5 years of experience in procurement within the insurance industry. This role involves sourcing marketing and promotional items and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
Source and procure various marketing and promotional items including:
Manage procurement for sales and agency support materials:
Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of items required by agency and distribution teams, supporting their engagement and activation events.
Prepare monthly cost-saving reports to be submitted to the Group Sourcing team.
Conduct periodic assessments of procurement practices and collaborate with relevant departments to improve systems, databases, and procedures.
Implement best practices in procurement planning, supplier evaluation, and performance tracking.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within the insurance industry.
Proven experience handling procurement for agency/distribution functions is essential.
Strong understanding of marketing and promotional procurement processes.
Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
Experience in dealing with Group Sourcing and reporting to regional or global offices is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
