Job Description

1. Oversees the procurement team and manages the acquisition of goods and services.
2. Manages the entire procurement process, from sourcing suppliers/vendors to negotiating and managing contracts, and delivering to users/production teams.
3. Oversees daily procurement operations, including software, processes, and policies.
4. Develops and implements strategies for specific procurement categories.
5. Creates strategies to enhance supplier/vendor performance and reduce costs.
6. Implements initiatives to diversify the supplier/vendor base.
7. Manages vendor relationships to ensure performance expectations are met.
8. Ensures suppliers/vendors meet quality standards and organizational requirements.

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
2. At least 5 years of experience as a Procurement Manager, particularly in manufacturing.
3. Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
4. Knowledge of spare parts, production materials, equipment, and machinery.
5. Proficient in problem-solving and handling customer objections.
6. Fluent in English.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
