A leading company in the F&B sector seeks a Procurement Manager to develop procurement strategies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in procurement, excellent English communication skills, and a strong understanding of food and beverage operational needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with business objectives
Source, evaluate, and manage reliable vendors, especially for F&B materials and operational needs
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost efficiency and quality standards
Ensure accurate and timely ordering and delivery of goods
Monitor inventory levels in coordination with production and warehouse teams
Analyze market trends to anticipate risks and opportunities
Maintain procurement documentation, reports, and compliance with policies
Build long-term supplier relationships and resolve supply-related issues
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a Procurement Manager in the F&B industry
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Experience in centralized kitchen or multi-outlet operations
Understanding of import/export processes and compliance
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement systems
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
High level of integrity and professionalism
