• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong supplier relationships
• Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support
• Oversee the procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Approximately 10 years of experience in procurement or similar field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement best practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
