A logistics and import-export company located in Hegarmukti, Jawa Barat, is looking for a skilled individual to manage import and export processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the field, strong English communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities include document preparation, coordination with customs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. A detail-oriented and energetic approach is essential for success in this role.
Handle all import & Export process with local documents (invoice, P/L, AWB, Insurance, PO, etc.).
Prepare and manage all necessary documents for export/import shipments, including PIB (Surat Pemberitahuan Impor Barang), PEB (Surat Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang), and other relevant customs documentation.
Create procedure of clearance and documentation of import/ export file.
Communication and coordinating with exporter and importer related documentation and shipment schedule.
Coordinate with Customs and Authorities
Issue Resolution and Problem Solving of emport import process
Coordinating with warehouse to discharge process of goods/import contents.
Familiar communicate with vendors
Do the local goods importation and exportationdeclaration
Overcoming obstacles in shipping and releasing export – import goods process
Calculate the goods to be sent or received, including weight, volume/cubic capacity, and basic calculation of the price of the goods.
Logistics Coordination and Timely Shipments
Conduct regular reporting via SIINAS (National Industrial Information System) as required by the Ministry of Industry.
Apply for and monitor export/import quotas
Ensure compliance with all export-import regulations, permits, and licenses (e.g., API, NIK)
PROCUREMENT :
Design purchasing plans and develop purchasing strategies.
Prepare lists of supplies, materials, services, and equipment needed.
Enforce procurement regulations within the company and from external parties.
Compare products and select the most efficient and affordable ones.
Review purchases and analyze current purchasing and spending patterns.
Monitor inventory and manage stock levels when making purchases.
Organize and maintain purchasing and pricing information in spreadsheets.
Update vendor information, locations, delivery times, and product details.
Evaluate and research potential suppliers for raw materials and products.
Create price lists, cost evaluation reports, and material budgets.
QUALIFICATION
Minimum 2 years experience in export-import is preferred
Have English language skills (spoken and written)
Able to work in a team or individually
Have good communication and negotiation skills
Have high initiative and able to do multitasking work
Energetic, meticulous, honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure
Understand export-import process regulations (taxes, PIB/PEB, forwarding, etc.)
Able to operate Ms. Office
