About the Role

This is a remote position with flexible working hours, ideal for someone with procurement experience who can manage their time effectively. The Procurement Consultant will play a key role in researching products, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring procurement processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product and market research to source agricultural goods and related services

- Liaise with clients to understand procurement needs and provide timely updates

- Join regular meetings via video and phone with internal teams and clients

- Identify, evaluate, and communicate with suppliers

- Keep accurate and organized records of procurement activities

- Contribute ideas to improve sourcing and supply chain efficiency

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent research, organization, and time-management abilities

- Proficient in using video conferencing and remote collaboration tools

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Knowledge or experience in the agriculture sector is a plus
