• Experience in handling Project Procurement / Quantity Surveyor (QS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tender process for building new hospital from Prebid, Reviewing Proposal to Negotiation.
• Finalize contract tender processes including Drafting, Coordinating, and Finalizing.
• Monitor project execution coordination with construction management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• 3 years of experiences in high rise building construction project
• Have a good experience in handle Project Procurement / Quantity Surveyor (QS)
• Have a good knowledge about tender process
• Excellent time management, strong analytical, and negotiation skills
• Good at project administration skills is a must
• Good ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willing to be placed in Corporate Office, BSD - South Tangerang
