Job summary

Leighton Indonesia is seeking a Procurement Supervisor for a Data Center project. The role coordinates civil planning requirements, design, and scheduling to support the new contract engagement and ensure the civil works align with design, timelines, and budgets.

The position demands a Diploma in civil/structural engineering with 5+ years in civil/construction, strong on-site planning, cost analysis, and QA/QC experience. On-site placement and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil/structural engineering or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in civil/construction.
• Extensive on-site planning experience on construction, road, or civil projects.
• Deep understanding of construction methodology for building and civil infra.
• Experience in civil contractor environments preferred.
• Basic skills in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong quantitative and numeric skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of civil/construction cost planning, cost estimating and analysis.
• Ability to implement QA/QC systems.
• Knowledge of civil/construction software/hardware.
• Familiar with OHS & E practices.
• Willing to be placed on site and follow company rules.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed planning of works for tender submissions to meet client requirements.
• Develop project program after contract award and support reporting to ensure accurate progress.
• Provide KPI and tracking data for weekly, biweekly and monthly reports.
• Develop accurate as-built plans and support extension of time claims.
• Enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures on site.
• Share knowledge to enhance professional development within the organization.
