Implement operational policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations.
Accurately maintain and update the ERP system with operational data, ensuring all records are current and in line with company guidelines.
Generate detailed statistical reports and perform data analysis on daily operations to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Manage the sourcing and bidding processes for maintenance supplies, parts, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effective solutions and quality standards.
Create and oversee Purchase Orders, Service Orders, and Repair Orders, ensuring they are correctly placed and monitored within the system.
Analyze historical data and industry trends to optimize operational performance and drive strategic decisions.
Assist in AOG (Aircraft on Ground) management duties and provide time-sensitive support when required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support operational and business needs.
Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Min. 2 years’ experience in field of aviation is mandatory (MRO or airlines).
Proficient in English (both verbal and written) with strong communication skills.
Proficiency in MS365, Power BI, and other commonly used software applications.
Strong data analysis and planning skills to interpret and present operational data.
Ability to work independently and take initiative while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
