Manager - Talent Acquisition Specialist for Technology & Enablers
- Responsible for implementing procurement operations for goods and services, from request initiation to issuing purchase orders and monitoring payments through the procurement application within the Strategic Procurement & Admin Property, Management Sub Directorate.
- Manage tender administration (eBidding), including receiving tender requests, sending invitations to vendors, and overseeing the process in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Handle procurement of PCs & Laptops for CIMB Niaga employees and record transactions in the Fixed Asset management system.
- Monitor reports generated from procurement applications.
- Supervise work units and vendors involved in procurement activities using the GEPS application.
- Coordinate with the Strategic Sourcing team in tender processes, from request receipt to tender result submission and reporting.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with SOPs and Service Level Agreements.
- Manage performance related to procurement KPIs, operational risks, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement of goods and services.
- Deep understanding of strategic and transactional procurement roles and processes.
- Experience from procurement initiation to payment process.
- Skills to enhance operational procurement activities.
- Willing to be based in Puri, Jakarta Barat.
