Job summary

Accenture is seeking experienced SAP Signavio professionals to lead business transformation initiatives and drive process-led change using Signavio solutions in Jakarta. You will partner with stakeholders to design current and future state processes, implement governance, and realize value across client programs.

The role requires 3–10+ years in BPM/Transformation, strong workshop and analytics skills, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. On-site client assignments are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years in BPM, process improvement, or business transformation.
• Hands-on SAP Signavio experience or equivalent tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English; willing to be onsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support SAP Signavio implementation, process transformation, and BPM initiatives across industries.
• Facilitate process discovery, assessment, and maturity evaluations to identify inefficiencies.
• Conduct current-state and future-state process design workshops with stakeholders.
• Utilize Signavio tools to drive process excellence initiatives.
• Support process mining by analyzing data to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Develop enterprise process architectures, governance models, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with SAP teams, enterprise architects, and client stakeholders to align improvements.
• Define and track process performance metrics and value realization outcomes.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation programs through fit-to-standard assessments.
• Drive adoption of process management methodologies and best practices.
