We are looking for a Process SI Growth Lead, Indonesia to be based in Indonesia, reporting to the Country Manager, Indonesia. You will be a Process specialist and lead the strategies and programs for growing Rockwell Smart Process Solution and Technology offerings in Indonesia through our Partners.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work with AP Smart Process Main Team for Smart process and lead the strategies / programs around these projects in Indonesia
  • Develop purpose built on the job training for partners to become independent
  • Demonstrate technical and commercial enablement capabilities
  • Provide support to develop specifications and architectures for full RA offerings
  • Implement long-term business strategies (BSR) for expanding Smart process and implementing them in each of the sub-regions in Asia Pacific.
  • Be the conduit between the AP and Sub Regional Smart Process teams in defining the priorities and programs and deploying them.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Managers etc. to develop and implement sales strategies & focus to achieve annual operation plans (AOP) goals for Smart process targets.
  • Provide business development support (presentations, demonstrations/ success stories, etc) and provide sales tools / materials / training to enable Sales to lead sales discussions / value messaging with SIs and Customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Manager and Marketing teams to analyze competition, recommend new offerings, promotions, or suggest refinements for success.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial organization including strategic organizational planning, building / hiring main domain expertise, development and retention of main talent, performance reviews & coaching.
  • Provide market intelligence on Smart process positioning and competitor information.
  • Manage and run workshops with System Integrators ,Integrators, work with System Integrator Enablement Specialist to develop framework.
  • Manage and Achieve success metrics.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of sales, business management or marketing experience preferably in automation industry
  • Track record in previous process industry specialization

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Experience with all RA products and have technical experience to work with sub regional SMEs and AP Process Partner enablement leader to build smart process architecture and specifications
  • Lead transformational change management
  • Experience with partnership programs and go to market strategy.
