Job summary

Valeo seeks a Plant/Production Manager to lead automotive production, maintenance and quality. You will ensure safety, process adherence, and that the SC&L plan dictates daily operations, delivering strong QCD results.

You will manage equipment usage and maintenance, drive continuous improvements with regional support, and promote Valeo 5 axes in daily plant activities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing production, maintenance, and quality for automotive components.
• Knowledge of safety, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Ability to ensure production schedules align with SC&L plans.

Responsibilities

• Is responsible of all production (APUs including methods, maintenance and quality)
• Ensure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality, respect of the product) during the operations
• Ensure that the production schedule planned by the SC&L is respected
• Ensure achievement of QCD objectives and is accountable of QCD results
• Ensure optimal use of equipment (TRP)
• Ensure maintenance of equipment
• Drive continuous improvement with the support of the SC&L/VPS cluster of his region
• Practice regular OJT on QRQC, Kosu, ....
• Promote the Valeo 5 axes in the daily activities of the Plant.
