We are seeking an experienced Process Engineering Manager to take full responsibility for process engineering activities in our Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) project. This position will report directly to the Process Head and will oversee the project from Licensor Coordination, through FEED, EPC, and up to Provisional Acceptance (care and custody transfer to operations).

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
- 15 years of experience in the Oil/Gas industry, including 10 years in a Lead Process Engineering role in refineries or petrochemical facilities.
- Experience in FEED and EPC Process Management, including site experience during construction and commissioning.
- Strong understanding of Process Safety Management principles.
- In-depth knowledge of process management standards (API, NFPA, etc.).
- Experience in licensor coordination and managing performance guarantees.
- Expertise in developing data sheets, PFDs, P&IDs, design reviews, and HAZOPs.
- Proficient in process simulation software (Hysys, ProII) and process calculations.
- Operational and technical services experience in refinery/petrochemical operations.
- Manpower and resource planning experience in large projects.
- Strong negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in EPC ITB preparation and tender evaluation.
- Contractor and operator experience.
- HAZOP chairman experience.
- Chartered or professional engineer.
- Training/certification in negotiation skills and Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and manage Basis of Design (BoD) and Basic Engineering Design Data (BEDD) in collaboration with business and operational requirements.
- Oversee all licensor-related tasks including document reviews, coordination meetings, and ensuring licensor performance guarantees and technical input for agreements.
- Coordinate with licensors and manage FEED and EPC contractors to design and build offsite facilities that meet operational and maintenance requirements.
- Review EPC documentation, support detailed design phases, and participate in quality control and inspection activities as per project schedules.
- Support performance guarantee tests, witness test runs, troubleshoot as needed, and assist in operational procedure reviews and safety assessments.
- Provide ongoing process engineering support, troubleshoot operations, manage change initiatives, and ensure the facility operates according to design parameters.
