IWS PROCESS LEAD

As the Process Lead, you will:

1. Own line daily management systems (DMSs), including centerline (CL), changeover (CO), and change management (CM).
2. Encourage the development of the operating teams’ technical understanding and proficiency in process control.
3. Handle problem solving on the line, including acting as the line expert in initial problem solving (IPS) and unified problem solving (UPS) standard work processes (SWPs).
4. Provide performance data analysis, utilizing the line’s data analytics tools, equipment data systems, and the Run-to-Target (RTT) Accelerator’s suite of reliability data tools.
5. Serve as the backup for problem resolution to ensure the production line delivers the volume on time.

Requirements

• Have a strong interest in and passion for learning, and be willing to develop oneself in manufacturing, with exposure to production and maintenance areas.
• Educational background in any subject area.
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
