Job description

Identify wastes and implement process improvement.

Assist and coordinate with related parties in producing effective and desired deliverables.

Implement and monitor the progress of development projects to ensure the smooth running of business processes.

Provide proposed solutions to improve the performance of a business process.

Provide reporting.

Familiar with creating SOP.

Knowledge about fintech/p2p lending service is a plus.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree from any major.

Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a fintech company as an Operation Excellence/Process Improvement.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
