RGE in Indonesia invites you to join as an Industrial Process Engineer where you will design, configure, and optimize processes from concept to startup and certification. You will work on improving production efficiency and quality in a dynamic, sustainability-focused environment.

Ideal candidates hold a related degree, have 1–2 years of experience, and are willing to relocate. This on-site role offers opportunities to implement best practices, analyze data, and contribute to cost and time

• Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
• Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
• Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes.
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
• Perform process simulations.
• Manage cost and time constraints.
• Perform risk assessments.
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
