Job description

Process Engineer - Footwear Manufacturing

Evaluate and optimize production processes to ensure high-quality, efficient, and consistent footwear manufacturing.

Analyze workflow and production processes, propose innovations, implement new methods, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Identify production bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve throughput and efficiency.

Develop, review, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production processes.

Research and explore up-to-date production methods, best practices, and emerging technologies such as automation and AI.

Conduct testing and trials of new materials and production processes to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Train production teams on manufacturing processes, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Monitor and analyze production KPIs to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Engineering, preferably within the footwear industry or similar manufacturing environments.

Strong expertise in process optimization, production analysis, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.

Proven problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

A proactive learner with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
