Job description

Lead process improvement initiatives focusing on cost reduction, quality enhancement, and delivery efficiency.

Maintain and update product specifications, technical drawings, and related documentation.

Develop and implement SOPs, process flow diagrams, PFMEA, and control plans in compliance with ISO standards.

Monitor and analyse equipment performance (OEE), downtime events, and process “black box” areas for improvement.

Conduct statistical analysis of raw materials and finished products to assess process capability.

Support new product development, including test runs and customer sample preparation.

Perform process audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.

Organize and evaluate test runs for materials from new suppliers.

Maintain and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and process records in ERP/PLM systems.

Support ERP implementation and ensure accurate process data entry.

Participate in Non-Conformance Process (NCP) follow-ups and assist in 8D reports for complaints or rejections.

Requirement

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field.

Requires minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.

Fresh graduate is encouraging toapply.

Willing to learn.

Willing to support night shift operations when required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
