Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a PMA environment.
• Fluent in English, with good communication skills.
• Knowledge of chemical analysis and calibration.

• Reduce cost of RM while maintaining quality.
• Deliver trial results to customers and ensure proven outcomes.
• Work with team to optimize raw material usage.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Reduce Cost of RM with the same quality result or improve the performance of the product
• Make a proper trial report
• Can deliver trial result to his customer (production, QC) and make sure his trial well proven
• Work with the Team to optimize raw material usage from incoming processes, Machine, and stock taking, also analyze the loss and make corrective action
• Have interpretation of production result and establish a relation between results and process parameters in view of optimizing the process parameter to the maximum
• Perform standard acceptance criteria of product specification, processes and quality to all products
• Organize / participate in process training in the factory
• Standardize all the process changes into new WP
