Process Engineer

We are seeking a talented Process Engineer to join the team at PT Multi Nitrotama Kimia in Cikampek, West Java. As a full-time Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimising and maintaining our manufacturing processes to ensure consistent, high-quality production. What you'll be doing

1. Designing, developing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency and product quality
2. Troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime
3. Conducting process validations, risk assessments and failure mode analyses to identify areas for improvement
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate process changes and ensure seamless implementation
5. Analyzing process data and generating reports to track key performance indicators and support decision-making
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards and safety protocols
7. Providing technical guidance and training to production personnel

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
4. Strong technical knowledge of process engineering principles, equipment and control systems
5. Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement methodologies
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively at all levels
7. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards
