Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to build and manage our online presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You will develop strategic campaigns that drive engagement, grow followers, and support business objectives.

This role blends creative storytelling with data-driven marketing, requires Indonesian and English fluency, and offers opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organisations.
• Strong knowledge of major platforms, their algorithms and advertising tools.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for on-brand content.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
• Creative thinking to generate campaign ideas and execute them effectively.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles as applied to social content.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Indonesian market experience and cultural awareness is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Create, curate and publish engaging content including posts, images, videos and infographics.
• Monitor performance using analytics and report on engagement, reach and follower growth.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Product teams for consistent messaging.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget planning and optimization.
• Identify and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Stay updated with platform changes to maintain visibility and relevance.
