Principal Solution Architect

What you'll do:

• Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and secure architectures
• Guide the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives, performance standards, and compliance requirements
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineering teams, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle
• Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, and design tailored solutions
• Ensure that all solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements, particularly in highly regulated industries

Minimum Qualifications

What you bring:

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a solution architecture role
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect
• Strong understanding of enterprise-level solution design and implementation
• Have relevant or equivalent certifications.
• Additional certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
