We are looking for Principal/Executive/Senior Recruitment Consultant at Geekhunter, and this position is for work from office (Bandung).

Job Description:

  • Being a Recruitment Consultant/Headhunter is a combination of sales (80%) and HR (20%).
  • You will do an end-to-end recruitment process from coordination and communication with clients, sourcing to placing candidates for our clients.
  • Every day you will be "hunting" candidates for our clients and most of the time you will be on the phone with them.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients to ensure client retention.
  • You will work closely with our clients to deliver the right candidates for them.
  • Consult and advise the client on how to maximize the possibility to reach success in hiring, by providing the market trend and information.
  • There will be some administrative tasks involved such as editing CV, interview arrangement, updating and preparing documents, updating database, etc.
  • You will attend tech events and be actively involved in the tech community/tech ecosystem.

Job Requirement:

  • Willing to work from the Headquarter (Bandung - Palasari) for the first 6 months.
  • 4+ years of total working experience in recruitment/headhunting (general)/tech recruitment/sales/business development/telesales (we count your internship experience if it is relevant).
  • Willing to work in the office from Headquarter (Bandung - Palasari)// Thamrin Jakarta//Yogyakarta.
  • Must have a "hunter mentality": competitive and ambitious.
  • Must have a strong achievement track record.
  • Self-starter, high initiative, and self-motivated.
  • Don't give up easily upon rejection; Creative and always find other ways that work.
  • Agile and adaptable; Have a growth mindset.
  • The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in any field.
  • Required language(s): English (minimum TOEFL 500/IELTS 6 or equivalent), and Bahasa Indonesia.

This is not for you if you:

  • Are #teamrebahan.
  • Don't have a "hunter mentality" and are not driven.
  • Generally, dislike interacting with people (you will at least talk with 10 people per day on the phone).
  • Are awkward when communicating with people.
  • Don't have a strong work ethic and integrity.
