Overview

Experienced in Preschool field as principal (teaching and or management) at least 3 years is a must.

Familiar with international curriculum (IB, Pearson Edexcel, Cambridge, National plus, Montessori or Singapore) will be a plus.

Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and administration that will motivate instructional and support personnel to strive for superior performances to provide the best possible opportunities for student growth and development.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with parents, students, outside agencies, and the local community to establish and maintain the orderly operation of the school.
• Developing and administering the general school routine.
• Attending and Delivering professional development, conferences, seminars, and workshops in education as instructed by the Board.
• More detailed responsibilities regarding CURRICULUM, FINANCE, MARKETING & EMPLOYMENT, MANAGEMENT OF STAFF & STUDENTS, AND OTHERS will be discussed during the later stage of application.

About the Employer
