Principal Business Analyst - Home & Convergence

Responsible for driving business analysis, strategic planning, and performance optimization for our Home & Convergence business unit.

Job Accountabilities:

1. Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement within the Home & Convergence segment.
2. Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
3. Work with senior leadership to develop and refine the strategic direction of the Home & Convergence business unit.
4. Assist in the formulation of business plans, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving the performance of Home & Convergence products and services.
6. Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience, increase revenue, and reduce operational costs.
7. Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to derive actionable insights that inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
8. Elicit and document business requirements and user stories to support product development and technology enhancements.
9. Understand and implement the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
