Job description

· Bachelor of Education or higher from an accredited institution.

· Minimum of 4 years teaching experience in an International School setting.

· Sound understanding of IMYC, IMYP/IB, IGCSE, or Indonesian Curriculum (e.g., Curriculum Merdeka) is an advantage.

· Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of the subject.

· Responsible for teaching Primary Subjects, including tracking and assessing students’ work.

· Highly motivated to serve children, able to engage students in teaching and learning, and set high standards for self and students.

· In-depth understanding of learners’ profile attributes and ability to support students in developing desired skills aligned with them.

· Passionate about professional and personal growth to improve teaching practices.

· Prepare up-to-date teaching resources and instructional materials to enhance students’ engagement and joy in learning.

· Demonstrate understanding of interdisciplinary teaching and learning.

· Continuously monitor students’ progress and adapt teaching strategies and lesson plans to meet their needs.

· Collaborative, independent, and enthusiastic in sharing professional practices with colleagues.

· Respect and appreciate diverse cultures, with a sense of global stewardship and responsibility.
