About the Role

This role supports business growth by managing and optimizing pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create and implement pricing strategies that align with business goals.
  2. Benchmark against competitors and market trends.

Profitability Analysis

  1. Identify low-margin areas and recommend corrective actions.
  2. Use data-driven models (e.g., price elasticity analysis, A/B testing) to determine optimal pricing.
  3. Collaborate with sales and product teams to test pricing hypotheses.
  4. Model pricing impacts on revenue and margin.
  5. Forecast outcomes of pricing changes under various scenarios.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  1. Partner with marketing, finance, partnership, and growth teams to align pricing strategies.
  2. Provide recommendations based on data insights and financial implications.

Tools and Systems Management

  1. Maintain or implement pricing tools and software.
  2. Ensure accurate pricing in ERP or CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of pricing models (value-based, cost-plus, dynamic, etc.).
  • Understanding of market dynamics and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
