Job Description

  • Plan, develop and establish the strategic marketing and business development direction for the organization.
  • Develop and formulate key market development strategies.
  • Develop and drive product and service innovation strategies.
  • Developing and communicating key performance goals to the team.
  • Measure productivity and effectiveness levels of staff by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports against key performance goals.
  • Improve efficiency and effective overall business functions within the business unit.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and handle disciplinary matters.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to ensure that the team achieves their key deliverables.
  • Inculcate a positive, transparent, and nurturing business culture that promotes team camaraderie and team spirit.
  • Manage and meet budget goals by monitoring the financial health of the business unit.
  • Enforce all corporate policies and directives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Country Manager or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated capability in strategy development, setting direction, articulating and driving strategy and business plans.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing significant organizational change.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of business processes and functions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology and data analytics will be highly regarded.
  • Sound ability to interpret, analyze, and present using financial and statistical data.
  • Excellent interpersonal management skills, including negotiation, influencing, and consultation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a business-related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role.
