About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic team at Stella Maris School in Banten. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our young students, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development.

This is a contract role, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children during their formative early years.

What you'll be doing

• Planning and implementing age-appropriate and engaging curriculum, activities, and lessons to support the holistic development of preschool students
• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages learning, exploration, and creativity
• Observing and assessing students' progress, and providing individualised support and guidance as needed
• Collaborating with parents, colleagues, and the wider school community to ensure a seamless educational experience
• Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your teaching skills and knowledge
• Maintaining accurate student records and contributing to the overall management and administration of the preschool

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Preschool Teacher, with a track record of successfully engaging young learners
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and effective teaching methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for nurturing the growth and learning of young children
• Proficiency in relevant teaching tools and technologies
• A valid teaching certificate or license, as required by local regulations
