Overview

Lead the Preschool division with a focus on high-quality teaching and learning, safety, and holistic development in alignment with Cambridge and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and vision for the Preschool division.
• Ensure high standards of teaching and learning in line with Cambridge and international best practices.
• Manage daily operations, ensuring safety, care, and holistic development of all preschool students.
• Support, guide, and evaluate teachers to enhance instructional quality.
• Collaborate with parents and the school community to foster a nurturing and inclusive environment.
• Drive innovation in curriculum planning, play-based learning, and technology integration.
• Oversee professional development and maintain accountability for teacher performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Leadership, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in early childhood or primary education.
• Strong knowledge of child development and early years pedagogy.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A role model in integrity, teamwork, and passion for education.
• Ability to inspire teachers, students, and parents while upholding integrity.
• International school experience (Cambridge or similar) is an advantage.
