The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Early Childhood Education, has at least 5 years of teaching and 1–3 years in leadership, and excels in parent communication, team management, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Educational Leadership.
• Minimum 5 years teaching experience with 1–3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong English communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with curriculum development and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
