Job Requirements and Responsibilities

• Available for working in the academic year 2025-2026.
• Minimum S1 degree (preferably in PAUD or Psychology).
• Genuine passion for Education.
• Loves working with children and communicating well with parents.
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good team player, hardworking, high initiative, and creative.
• Full-time position.
• Willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang.
• Develop teaching and learning programs.
• Teach, assess, and evaluate students based on defined assessment methodology (school standard and educational authority).
• Provide written evaluation reports on students’ academic and behavioral progress.
• Support, motivate, and encourage students in all aspects of school activities.
• Maintain good relationships with parents, staff, and other professionals.
• Able to work on Saturdays.
