Kinderfield-Highfield School Bekasi is currently seeking professional teachers for the Academic Year 2025-2026 to fill the following position:

PRESCHOOL & KINDERGARTEN (PSKG) TEACHERS

Responsibilities:

1. Organizing and delivering lessons and related after-school activities that stimulate the cognitive, social, and emotional functioning of children at the preschool-kindergarten (PSKG) level by instructing students in a clear, nurturing, meaningful, and fun way, while regularly preparing engaging lessons that incorporate the curriculum.
2. Organizing the classroom and learning resources to ensure students feel motivated and engaged.
3. Preparing, marking, and providing assessments to facilitate positive student development and academic achievement.
4. Providing feedback and reporting student progress to the school, parents, and other stakeholders.
5. Attending and participating in school events and after-school activities to better understand student interests and personalities outside of the regular classroom, building strong relationships with students and aiding in their self-confidence while inspiring them to achieve high goals.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable university with a relevant background (Graduates from Early Childhood Education will have an advantage).
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Preschool/Kindergarten level.
3. Fluent and active English (minimum TOEFL score 450).
4. Good communication skills.
5. Open-minded and creative.
6. Love to work with early childhood students.
7. Able to work in a team or independently.
8. Full-time position.
