Job Descriptions

1. Collaborate with Technical/Application Consultants & System Consultants to execute operational activities related to tender processes, including preparing solution proposals, BOM documents, expert personnel documents, and work experience documentation. Develop integrated solutions within your area of responsibility that meet customer information system needs, present and discuss solutions with clients, and proactively find or translate appropriate solutions into proposals.

2. Assist minimally in transferring information related to proposed solutions to customers (Pre Kick Off Meeting).

3. Build and maintain good relationships with customers and collaborate with team members to deliver the best service; help customers understand and operationalize the proposed solutions.

4. Maintain and develop technical skills in areas such as IT infrastructure products and solutions, knowledge of business processes across various industries and general applications, relevant IT-related technologies, and tender requirements in relevant industries.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MIS/Information Technology generally.

• Broad knowledge of various industries and a good intermediate understanding of IT infrastructure and solutions (Hardware, Software, Network, Operating Systems).

• Skilled in preparing tender documents.

• Ability to analyze tender documents and ensure compliance.
