Presales Specialist

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2-4 years of experience in a presales, technical sales, or related role in IT consulting or technology companies.
3. Proven track record of working with clients and successfully designing IT solutions.
4. Familiarity with cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, software development, and other IT services.
5. Strong understanding of enterprise solutions and IT infrastructure.
6. Ability to quickly understand client needs, assess technical feasibility, and propose effective solutions.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.

2. Design and propose suitable IT solutions (software, hardware, or services) that align with client requirements.
3. Present the solution in a way that addresses client pain points and demonstrates how the solution adds value.

5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technology developments, and competitive landscape to provide relevant insights to clients and improve service offerings.
6. Create and maintain technical documentation, proposals, and regular reports on presales activities and client feedback.
