Job description

Pre-Sales Support Responsibilities:

  1. Pre-Sales support for products including design, technical advice, and point of contact.
  2. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and provide support at external and internal customer facing events.
  3. Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof Of Concepts (POC) to customers.
  4. Architect an appropriate technical solution to meet customers' requirements.
  5. Take a leading role in specifying technical solutions and writing proposals and tender responses.
  6. Support the sales cycle through answering RFI (Request for Information), BOM (Bill of Material), and RFP (Request for Proposal).
  7. Work with internal product team to meet vendor expectations.
  8. Meet vendors' certification requirements.
  9. Keep up-to-date on technical knowledge and handle complicated technical issues for customers.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Networking, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Network/Security), or equivalent.
  2. Knowledge in Networking/Cybersecurity/Mobile and Application Security, implementation, and deployment will be an added advantage.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Able to work in a team.
  5. Motivated and able to work independently.
  6. Good communication and presentation skills.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday
