Job description

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (open for fresh graduates).

Strong problem-solving, prioritization skills, and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.

Excellent presentation, organizational, and writing skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Maximum age: 30 years old.

Strategic thinker with a positive attitude, initiative, proactive personality, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales are preferred.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to quickly understand complex client-facing problems and advise effective solutions.

Good conceptual knowledge and hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting IT projects.

Enthusiastic to learn new technologies related to products and services.

Familiar with enterprise IT infrastructure (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortigate, etc.).

Knowledge of Operating Systems: Linux and Windows Server.

Good understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMWare, Nutanix, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Cloud Computing.

Understanding of concepts like Server, Storage, LAN, WAN, Switch, etc.

Willing to travel for business trips.

Responsibilities:
  1. Pitch solutions to customers, explaining features and benefits.
  2. Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals aligned with client requirements.
  3. Assist in technical presentations during sales processes.
  4. Respond to customer requests for information or proposals.
  5. Determine technical requirements to meet customer goals.
  6. Develop business cases to support sales proposals.
  7. Review business processes, requirements, and specifications based on proposed solutions.
  8. Ensure solutions meet business needs.
  9. Communicate insights and plans to cross-functional teams and management.
  10. Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients.
  11. Conduct meetings and presentations to gather feedback and propose new solutions.
  12. Prepare business reports on trends and opportunities.
  13. Collaborate closely with the sales team on proposals.
  14. Prioritize work and deadlines with the sales team.
  15. Create topology diagrams, BOMs, and proposals.
  16. Advise clients as a trusted technical advisor.
  17. Conduct product updates and technical presentations.
  18. Update knowledge on new technologies and products.
