About the Role

We are looking for a Presales Consultant to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing optimal technical solutions, conducting client needs assessments, preparing and delivering solution presentations, and ensuring successful solution implementation. You will also play a key role in developing technology-driven sales strategies to enhance our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop accurate and complete technical proposals and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Conduct network surveys and assess clients' infrastructure readiness.
  • Recommend and present tailored technical solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Support sales efforts with technical knowledge during meetings and client presentations.
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC).
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Document technical findings and communicate new feature requests to product teams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth solution implementation.
Who We're Looking For

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting in IT, Telecommunications, Networking, or Software Solutions.
  • Proven experience in analyzing client needs, developing technical solutions, and supporting sales efforts.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective time management and multitasking ability.
  • Technologically curious and adaptable to new trends.

Technical Skills:

  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, and system security.
  • Familiar with network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, MPLS, SD-WAN, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and design tools (Visio, AutoCAD).
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (ISO 27001, ITIL).
  • Able to create technical proposals, whitepapers, and conduct product presentations.
