Responsibilities:

  1. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding our customers' business and technical challenges, and positioning solutions to address those challenges.
  2. Speaking to customers about their business challenges and required outcomes to enable you to present a solution which fits each customer’s needs.
  3. Working with principle (Account Manager) & Partners to develop, assist, & create project-oriented engagement.
  4. Supporting your aligned Product Marketing team to demonstrate to the customer the qualities of solutions (able to do sizing and POC).
  5. Learning pre-sales skills and the portfolio.
  6. Working to achieve both Product and industry accreditations.
  7. Understanding and helping customers (end user) and Partner (Reseller) understand products and solutions.

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
  2. 3 years of experience in pre-sales or related technical field.
  3. Fluency in English is a plus.
  4. In-depth knowledge of IT Solution (Cloud and Data Analytics).
  5. In-depth knowledge of various data center technologies such as server, storage, networking, security, virtualization, business continuity, disaster recovery, etc.
  6. The ability to proficiently communicate clearly, explain concepts, and tell a story both verbally and in writing.
  7. The ability and motivation to research and self-learn.
  8. Curiosity, drive, and ambition are by far the most important assets.
